Brésil : Technical profile improving (RIO) – 07/08/17

We integrate RIO (Brazil) into our watchlist because of a technical profile that has clearly improved and once again became attractive from a technical point of view in the short and long term. Brazil has suffered a new political scandal, but President Tremer succeeded in preventing the opposition from obtaining the two-thirds majority needed to bring the corruption charge to the Supreme Court.

One exit and one entry in our Megatrend Euro Portfolio – 04/08/17

We decide to exit the Lyxor CST (Index Construction Europe) ETF from the Megatrend portfolio, while the index weakens and enters a correction phase. We are replacing it with a much more defensive ETF with a positive momentum and a significant upside potential in the short and medium term: the HAYE ETF of Amundi (corporate bond index).

We decide to exit the ETF Lyxor JPN (Topix Index Japan) of the Active Euro portfolio, while the index continues to underperform the stoxx600 and is entering into a correction phase. We are replacing it with a much more defensive ETF with a positive momentum and a significant upward potential in the short and medium term: the Amundi CC4 ETF (corporate bond index).
